Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all Baskd Inc. products and services, including Diya, trial experiences, and any AI-powered features. This policy exists to protect our users, our company, and the broader community.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use our Services to create, distribute, or facilitate:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. Our systems include non-removable safety filters that automatically block such content. Attempts to circumvent these filters will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement, including NCMEC.
• Non-consensual intimate content — Deepfakes, revenge pornography, or AI-generated intimate imagery of real people without their consent
• Illegal content — Content that violates applicable laws, including content promoting terrorism, illegal drug manufacturing, or weapons of mass destruction
• Harassment and threats — Content intended to bully, intimidate, stalk, or threaten specific individuals
• Fraud and deception — Content designed to impersonate real people or organizations, or to deceive others for financial gain
• Malware — Using AI to generate malicious code, phishing content, or social engineering attacks

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

• Provide medical diagnoses, legal advice, or financial recommendations as if from a qualified professional
• Generate content that could cause physical harm if followed (e.g., dangerous instructions presented as safe)
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with safety features or content filters
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from our Services
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Use automated tools to create accounts or sessions in bulk

3. Content Policies by Rating

Diya supports configurable content policies through stackfiles. These are user-controlled settings that determine the nature of AI-generated content:

• Family — Content suitable for all ages. No violence, profanity, or mature themes.
• General — Content suitable for most audiences. May include mild language and mature topics handled respectfully.
• Adult — Content for users 18+ only. Requires age verification. Users are solely responsible for content generated under this setting.

Regardless of content policy setting, CSAM filters cannot be disabled and apply to all content at all times.

4. AI Output Responsibility

AI systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate content despite our safety measures.

• Baskd Inc. is not responsible for AI-generated content, including content that may be offensive, inaccurate, or harmful
• Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and distributing any AI-generated content
• If you encounter harmful content generated by our AI, please report it to support@baskd.io

5. Safety Measures

We implement the following safety measures across our products:

• CSAM prompt filtering — Non-removable, applied before any AI processing
• Age verification — Required for adult content settings and trial access
• Rate limiting — Per-user session and message limits to prevent abuse
• Session expiry — Trial sessions automatically expire to limit exposure

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access for any user who violates this policy
• Block IP addresses or sessions engaged in abuse
• Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
• Modify safety filters and content restrictions at any time

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to support@baskd.io. Include as much detail as possible: the product used, the nature of the violation, and any relevant session or reference information.
